Q2: What should I do if my item is damaged/faulty?
Ans: Although we take care to avert any damage or faults to your goods during the delivery process, it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged or faulty product.
Please attach any pictures you have of the damaged product to and mail us at info@roverisland.com in order for us to investigate the issue and proceed with the return process. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.
Q3: I have received a wrong item!
Ans: Please send us the product picture along with the order details you've received at this email ID info@roverisland.com. Our team will coordinate with you.
Q4: I could not find the product I am looking for!
Ans: If you are unable to find a specific product that you are looking for then you can use "Find it for me" option in the menu.
All you have to do is to submit the form and we will take care of the rest. We will acquire the product and ship it to you.
Q5: How much is the cost for shipping and returns?
Ans: The standard delivery charge is AED15. Roverisland offers free delivery for orders above AED250. Returns are on a case by case basis
Q6: I have not received my order!
Ans: Please mail us at info@roverisland.com with your Order Number. One of our customer care representatives will contact you within 24 hours.
